Move it or lose it is a thing.
Cigarguys · 41-45, C
@Carla one day at a time

I am not trying to be mean when I say this, and it is out of pure 100% of, I have been there and done that before myself as well as being a lifelong athlete and soldier that has had 12 major surgeries so far (Two right shoulder reconstructions and one left shoulder reconstruction).Yes, it is painful but do it and get through it don't quit or stop because it hurts. The more you apply yourself the more you will heal and come out better at the end.

@WillaKissing no you are completely right I never should have stopped a couple weeks ago because of the pain. But I was also in a very dark bad place and that didn't help. So this time I will not stop no matter what because I need to get the use back of my shoulder. Just not looking forward to it but I am ready..

@Cigarguys Good luck and work through it all.

@WillaKissing thank you very much 😊

Shoulder rehab sucks, but you gotta move it. Don't let the old man in!
Cigarguys · 41-45, C
@TexChik I had emergency heart surgery a few weeks ago and have been recovering but it's been very painful and hard to move my shoulder. Thankfully there's no damage to my shoulder it's just from the pain and lack of movement
Musicman · 61-69, M
Movement is the key. As the saying goes either use it or lose it. You don't want to go through life with only one arm.
Cigarguys · 41-45, C
@Musicman that is very true
GoFish ·
@Cigarguys sounds painful 😬😳
Cigarguys · 41-45, C
@GoFish it was very painful but I got through it and I get to do it again on Friday
GoFish ·
