In my mid 40's, I woke up one morning when my legs were stiff and I can't walk. There's an excruciating pain to any slight movement that can twitch my face making me scream in frustration.

I called my brother who was just a few blocks from my house to send me pain reliever. I took it and slept for 2 hours, thinking I might not ever walk again.

Surprisingly, everything was back to normal after waking up like nothing really happened.

Last year in August, my left knee got swollen and it was aspirated. Still on medication that gives relief but still painful. Been 8 months...

Sigh. I hope this ends so I can function normally.

Oh it will end, no fear. You know what I mean🥹

Meanwhile extra magnesium juices will help.

@1PrivateHannah Too much magnesium may cause diarrhea and abdominal cramps. In severe cases, it can lead to difficulty breathing, irregular heartbeat, and death. Hypermagnesemia is now common in women that take magnesium Supplements.

Earlier signs of magnesium overdose will include

Blurry vision
Confusion
Dizziness
Flushing
Headaches
Nausea
Slowed reflexes
Weakness
