If it begins to spread into your lower ribs and your sternum or your back as well it is time for the emergency room. Especially if nausea or blurred vision or arm weakness accompanies these symptoms. I am a survivor of the Widowmaker trust me take my advice

@KingofBones1 the ambulance came and checked me over told me 2 opstin. 1 was go to hospital and be in waiting room for 4 hours 2 staff home and take the tablet I have.

@Slivereyes then one of two things you were either having just severe muscle cramps or stress. And none of the other symptoms that's why I was very specific. But it is better to have called and been safe rather than sorry. The most deadliest heart attack which I had came with almost and no pain at all

@Slivereyes that's why they call it the Widowmaker because it's easy to end up dead before you even know you're having one trust me you're safe if you had one of those you would have been vomiting projectile have spaghetti weak arms and been so dizzy you delayed flat out by now in need of a chopper you're safe take your aspirin and sleep well rest your body
