I’m stuck in the pain

I feel this last few days I been none stop crying, I feel so broken and don’t know how to feel better.

Questioning everything, wondering if I did everything could have done for my dad.

Wondering if his still with me and keeping an eye on the boys.

Constantly my minds spirals out of control to the point I can’t function and I look round and no one sees my pain!

It was just his time to go… you definitely could not stop it. Pray for his soul… that the help he needs right now most. How I know… I ve seen too many souls on the other side…all they do is ask for prayer. You can help him like this now… The best way to pray for them is Psalms… Just say “ Im reading these psalms to help my dad (Name) on the other side”… Then open the Psalms in Old testament and start reading one after another. You will make him happy this way. Spiritual help now. Tears and guilt don’t help them there… it will only ruin you.

@InHeaven thank you so much.. I just miss him and wish I had more time with him! I don’t feel him around me like I did my mum and that makes me feel sad too but your right I know you are x

@LittleTinks well… when you help him ( and the only help they want is prayer…) he might let you know he is grateful…or thank you in some ways you will feel… cause there is no one else to pray for him but you..

Everybody departs this earthly existence at their appointed time, no other human being has anything to do with this. I’m sure he is watching over all of you. I am sure you will meet up again one day on the other side.
