I.B.S Relief Help

Does anyone here suffer with I.B.S if so how do you relieve the stomach pain its driving me nuts and making it impossible to function . I just need to relieve the pain so I can have a life . This morning I was doubled up in pain for over three hours messing up my plans for the day .

i was having problems too but not diagnosed with IBS, just unrelentless stomach pains. I started a digestive enzyme and then probiotics. that helped tremendously.
