Is it common for that time of month to get more painful and worse as you age or is mother nature just punishing me?

I called off work because I'm very bloated, my lower half feels heavy and my lower back hurts and I'm not moving very fast. It took nearly all i had to do the dishes and make some lunch. I was sitting here thinking it wasn't this bad a decade or so ago. Things didn't start going this direction until i hit my 30s. I don't know if it's an aging thing or a wow my body hates me thing
Some women get painful periods from their first bleed.
But if it starts happening in midlife it could be due to fibroids in the womb.
I think it would be worth a check up with the doctor - just in case.
Fibroids are usually benign but they can grow to a huge size.
If it is fibroids, the pain and bloating will go after they've been removed.
I swear by magnesium, red raspberry leaf tea, dandelion root, and hibiscus tea.

Unfortunately, they get worse for women as you get older until you stop having them.
It could be fibroids or endometrioses.
