What does an extreme pain on the right side of your waist mean?

I can't bend without that throbbing pain and when i tried to find out what's that area, it marks the area where the kidney is.

I have a lot of cramps in the entire region suddenly to the extent that my legs are in pain. I have finished my menstrual cycle so it's not that.

I have to travel in the next two hours for my birthday weekend and this nonsense starts. I have a splitting headache all.of a sudden. WTF is wrong!
