So I have an issue.

These past few days I've been waking up in severe SEVERE pain in my hand. I always slept with my arm under my pillow my whole life. Now it's not just numb, it feels like I wrapped my hand up until it turned purple. And it's about to explode from the inside. I try to shake it and I scream in pain. I can't feel my right hand or fingers at all for a good hour or so. And if I apply any pressure it hurts very badly. Now my hand aches so much right now I'm scared to wake up in the morning. I also apply an icepack and it feels WORSE. I'm not looking forward to tomorrow at all.
