Does it hurt?

If you knew me in person, you would never assume that I’m in constant pain. When I was 17 I made a stupid mistake that almost cost me my life. I ended up tear every ligament in the upper part of my back and couldn’t turn my head for 6 months. Went through physiotherapy for about 2 years. Then moved to Europe for 2 years and had to do 1 year more once I came back. It’s pained me on and off over the years but in the last 2 years, it’s constant pain. Nothing too crazy. Just enough to be annoying all the time with moments of I wish I was dead.
Last week I had my back x-rayed and as people know they don’t generally get back to you unless something is wrong. Well they got back to me within 4 days. I’m hoping my assumption is right and it’s early arthritis due to the injury. However, I’m still a little worried because of how quickly they got back to me. If it is the arthritis at least I’ll have a reason to force me back to the gym.

If you’re in pain I empathize and hope it doesn’t last too long.
