I Am In Pain

I slept for 3-4 hours and woke up with back pain and can't fall back to sleep

That's every single night for me. And I'm not able to take any pain medication.

I'm sorry :( if I didn't have pain meds I would be up for the rest of the night and I'm going somewhere later it's 3:45 am right now

It's 6:45 here and I'm laying on the couch on a heating pad. That's about the only relief I can get.

@TotalityOfMe: I've had back pain a lot since I was attacked in high school and I'm sorry your in pain

I have crushed disc in middle of my back from a car wreck when I was a teenager, a broken tailbone, bone spurs across my shoulders, and arthritis in my upper and lower back. But wait there's more... I also get back spasms.
