Hurt my back in my late 20's. Doctor put me on Panadeine Forte four times daily. Didn't help. Physio put me onto some stretching execises. Now I'm down to one Neurofin before bed.

Could be your sciatic nerve...That can make it almost impossible to stand up straight...and down your leg as well...My Doc gave me some pills and it was gone within like 6 hours

I have .... some stretching exercises might help, lying down flat, lift each leg, bend and hold at knee with hands breath deeply 10 seconds each then both legs. See a chiropractor if you can if pain persists.

Sciatica can happen to anyone. More exercise does help, yet you likely have to really push yourself hard to do so.

That happened to my husband and he needed a muscle relaxer and to rest it

College dorm mattress was so bad my back would ache every morning. Started hanging backwards over it to get it stretched out.

At my worst, I was crawling on all fours to the toilet and back in a tiny village miles from home in a "big freeze".

I hope that sleep helped.

Yes. Stretching can help. Bend backwards. Hurts, but helps.

Ever since I was in an accident when I was 16 my back goes out periodically, almost 39 years now.
