Try to think of the good times
Intissima · F
@Strictmichael75 thank you I’m feeling better but I’m so happy to have posted it. Everyone here has kindly reached out. It has helped and I really appreciate it.
I lost my husband to a sudden and unexpected brain hemorrhage just over two years ago. Anger is something I have definitely felt as well as absolutely crushing sadness. Guilt has also been massive for me and a whole lot of other feelings, half of which I can't even put name to. I have come to the conclusion that there is no "normal" and we can have times when we feel we are doing well and then the next day, feel like we are set right back to the beginning again. I'm sorry you're part of this awful club too. If you want someone to chat to, don't be struggling on your own. You can message me Xx

@Intissima I know the feeling too well to understand how you are feeling right now.
Don't worry if you can't. Don't force it... It'll pass.

I understand dealing with grief is extremely hard, it took me a very long time to get over the anger of my oldest son passing away
The 7 Stages of Grief
1. Shock and Numbness (or Shock/Disbelief)
2. Denial:
3. Anger:
4. Bargaining:
5. Depression:
6. Testing (or Reconstruction / Upward Turn
7. Acceptance and Hope (or Finding/Making Meaning)

Anger is definitely part of it. Feel it and take care of yourself. It does pass.

Thank you for your kind support. I’m feeling slightly better. But I’m touched by everyone’s support. Thank you

There are many stages -you can even Google it and come up with a chart of what those stages are.
I don't think any of us fit perfectly in any of those stages and they may come in a different order.
My anger stage came a full year later until then I was kind of numb and in a kind of in a fog
Be as gentle with yourself as you can you're going through something very hard.

Get the anger out, not that you're going to be able to expell it all, but your mind and heart, etc need to "let off the pressure" it will sap your energy so fast carrying it all around.
Intissima · F
@lovingdead thank you for understanding. It’s helped a lot to be understood.
And I was just talking to my friend about going to the Yorkshire moors and just shouting or something. Not today though. Need my blanket.

The five stages of grief (the Kübler-Ross model) include denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance

Oh, it's a big part. Many people bounce around the different stages. But it's your own process and no one can say what's right or wrong.
