It absolutely is and ef those who don't get it. Let it out whenever it hits you. The deeper the love the longer it lasts. Grief is love with no place to go.
@Justmeraeagain Yes even more so now that the critters are no longer here. Hearing about Bella passing made it worse because she was adopted by Vickie the first year she was here. It brought up lots of memories.
Damn right it is. Its good to reach out to those with traits you recognise. And just as ok if you dont want to or dont know how. Life is a roller coaster.
@Perry1968 I think what has been the most eye-opening is how uncomfortable people are with grief and how they want to distance themselves from the grieving
