Midnight heartaches
It’s been one week since I held your hand for the last time. One weeks since I kissed your forehead goodbye.
We’ve been at the house almost every day since, taking care of mom. She’s broken without you. We’re broken Without you.
We celebrated yours and mom’s 61st anniversary. It was a hard day but we told stories and smiled and laughed a lot too.
I’m going to take the little 67 honda you always wanted to fix up for mom. The boys said they’d help me with it and get it going. I hope that’s making you smile.
