Sometimes people here are so mean…

Its much easier to be mean to someone online than it is face to face.

I don’t get mean people at all. Here or anywhere else. I’m not saying anybody has to be kind all the time. But one can scroll past a post here or walk past someone somewhere and not be an ass.

I agree that there are a lot of cruel people here. With that said, I believe that people can change. I was filled with hate when I was younger and often cruel to others as well. I'd like to think I've changed, so others can too

I will agree I have seen some grade A cock heads here before.
But seriously not as often as some may think.
I think the number one issue is it is so hard to communicate ideas just writing them.
If it were easy than we wouldn't have these people who specialize the convenience of thought via the written word called writers.
Actually life can be absolute hell for someone like me that lacks academically and really relies on body language to interpret stuff like sarcasm.

So I do wonder if what you refer to was someone being mean or just a bad job of writing a thought.

Yeah. Sometimes someone will say something ugly, just out of nowhere. I tend to figure they’re miserable and need to take it out on someone. Of course, that doesn’t make it right. 🙁
