Why is it so tiring to smile?

Aside from genuine smiling like from being happy or laughing, it's just so exhausting trying to keep up a polite face 24/7 especially when you have RBF 😐

Everyone knows it’s either bullshit smiles or a psychotic person. Just gotta put on a fake friendly smile everyone once in a while when interacting. It doesn’t have to be on all the time.
