Why do relatives lie to each other's face? Why do they even bother with false pretense?

It would be easier if you just say 'Don't come' or 'I'm not comfortable being around you.' or 'You did something mean to me or someone I love. How dare you show up?'

I don't know about you. I just observe that a big contributor to the adult world sucking is that when children grow up to be adults, they try to please a crowd and show a different face than what's really inside.

May God not allow me to be like them. Honestly, I can see why they do it too. It's less confrontation that way. But then, when do we actually become loved?

It's hard not to be the same as the current around you. I'm scared of becoming an adult that sucks. I need strength.
