I Was Bullied

I was bullied at both schools and my mum wanted to talk to the teacher but I was ashamed.

Years later I contacted the bully on 'Friends Reunited' saying 'I have post traumatic stress cos of you fatty'.

She replied that she had given my message to the police!

I laughed out loud. The police? She didn't need them all those years back when she had her gang to back her up.

The best thing to do is to let it go. . .馃槓

Don鈥檛 stoop to her level and try to get back at her, don鈥檛 hold a grudge because it will only bring you further down.

If you are free of the bullying, just be glad that you have your life back and make the most of it.

If you are not free of the bullying, then do whatever you can to get free.
Life is too short and precious to be continually trodden under someone鈥檚 foot.
