My girlf called someone’s daughter (a toddler) ugly and horrid

She said it under her breath, but the mother heard it and she told her off in front of everyone, telling her that she should look in the mirror if she wanted to see something truly horrid. It was so embarrassing, the mother was awful to her.

@Strongtea really your girlfriend may think that but there are time where you keep your thoughts too yourself and bite your tongue. you can understand the mother being angry and maybe you thought the mother went a wee too far with her backlash but i am sad too say your girlfriend rather brought it on herself

I do suppose you’re right, my girlf does tend to say what she thinks (which does tend to be a negative view of how they look/are dressed.) @smiler2012
