Why are high school teens notorious for bullying?

Learned behavior. In my experience, the bullying started in grade school and by the time people are going to highschool, they've already been a bully or been bullied for years

I think it’s partly due to the inexperience and not knowing how much power their words and actions can have. I believe in time that you regret your worst behavior more than anything that was done to you. But I’m sure some people never realize how damaging they were. Idk it’s subjective and not universal I guess.

I have seen more bullying from adults tbh.

I was a bully in high school, not sure why, it was just easy I suppose.
