If someone is teasing you and you ask them to stop, and they don’t, is that considered bullying?

@TurtleEclipseOfTheHeart I've found that's much more difficult when the bullies are on the internet. They just laugh at you when you ask them to talk to you face-to-face. Then you get called a bully.
