My most embarrassing experience ever

This post was incredibly hard to write, but it was super important to me to write it. I hope it helps anyone who has been through something similar. Please don’t laugh or make hurtful comments as I’m still trying to get over this.

I did work experience in a secondary school a few years ago, I won’t go into all the details of how it happened (I woke up late, was nervous and then really busy) but I ended up wetting myself. It was the most awfully embarrassing moment ever, all that kept running through my head was ‘oh my gosh, I’ve just wet myself in a school’ and then I could just hear all the students start saying it and laughing, I just ran to the toilets and cried, I cried all the way home and a girl asked if I was ok, all I could say was “I’ve had an accident” I felt like some stupid little kid. It still haunts me now and people still laugh at me for it. Massive cringe.
I used to bully a girl who wet herself at school when we were 14, she walked up to me and asked me how I felt now after making her life miserable, I honestly wanted the ground to swallow me up.

Bullying is a really ugly thing to do to someone but what was wrong in your life that made you do this?

I realise this now, I am very sorry that I did it to her. I’m not really sure why I did it, maybe I felt like picking on someone would maybe make me popular. I do wish that I could go back in time and change things. I hate that it happened to me, but it did make me look at who I was as a person and I think I’m nicer now. @Dharmamar

I had a really nice homelife, my parents are well off and happy. I think I just saw an opportunity to feel superior and make other people think I am funny. @Dharmamar

@Strongtea So it was arrogance that caused this?

Yes, I saw an opportunity to make other people laugh, I took it. @Dharmamar
