These bullies and trollers are making us quit this app

My sweet friend has now left from this place and i hope it's temporary.

She and I share the same viewpoint that some people here run their gangs and attack specific people simply by being nasty.

If you are the nasty one who bullies people understand that you are so insecure and broken from within that you lack self confidence and self identity.

If your real life is fcked up then work on it instead of targeting good people out here.

Today my sister told me that she always knew me for being calm but ever since i have joined this platform I have started losing my cool.

A lot of good users have quit . A lot of good people went away. This place is toxic because there is no action taken against these bullies.

Trust me you bullies you are living in a bubble and you are delusional to have self pride and superiority complex. The fact is your real life is so screwed up that you take out your frustration here on the good people. Because in your real life you are nothing but a loser and you feel power only behind the screen.

Beyond a point I won't take it too and quit.

I refuse to block people, so it can be a difficult place at times.

What I see are people who come here every day and post/comment. Across a whole range of topics. These are people who are just being human, as this is what we do in real life with people. Talk and share a lot of things.

And I see other people who may be regulars, but they just dog certain people, and police certain subjects, topics, issues— and attack people.

I also see people who seem to just appear from no where, coming from some deep orbit like a comet, to furiously post on a single theme, attack people sharing certain things— and then they disappear again. I’ve looked at the language and style of some of these characters, and I can’t help but wonder if they are the same person(s).

@SW-User My working hypothesis is that these are professional troll accounts used to create division over political and social issues. Which is why much of the activity comes in waves, or is riding off some current event. Why much of it has the same themes, even the same language.

@SW-User Well. Now I just think: This person wants me to be angry. Or to believe that they are angry, that so many are angry. And I don't do it.

The American comedian Bill Burr described the internet as an abusive relationship. And he referred to this phenomenon of everything online being rage, civil war, strife, bitterness. But then you walk around in real life and people are just people like they always have been.

This is crafted, cultivated, groomed rage and division.

@CopperCicada Well observed. Language and style is telling, like a fingerprint.
