Don't blame you at all. I hope you don't. I had my first one years ago. They said it was asthma. Took meds for years till I learned about anxiety. I am meds free for about 15 years now.

Thank you. I'm better now but I felt like I was dying and then when I was talking to doctor I felt I was in somebody else's body.
