Nervous Energy

Have you ever been on a phone call and when its silent you decide to fill your friends in on your week? I have to constantly remind myself that I can't share everything, especially with a judgemental friend. If I said I was going to rob a bank, I can understand a friend say Don't do that!, but to critique and pick out what they think is wrong is unacceptable. I am almost 49 yrs old
Think before I share, I get it now.
