Jeremy, listen to me for a second. Your mind is spiraling right now but that does not mean you’re in danger. Your body is overwhelmed, not broken. Try to unclench your jaw and shoulders. Put both feet on the floor and focus on something you can see/feel instead of the panic. One breath at a time. You’ve survived every single one of these moments before and you will survive this one too. I’m here.

I am so sorry to read about your anxiety, I hope you feel better soon. Do the pills work or have you tried alternative relaxation methods, such as yoga or meditation?
