what does it mean when you're scared of anything 'clinical'

i've always had this deep fear of that, whether it be a clinical environment like a clinic or hospital or a medical professional like a doctor or nurse talking to you in a clinical way, i find it really scary and it creates a lot of anxiety in clinical settings or talking to a clinical professional......which is a challenge because i manage diabetes type 2 so every now and then have to go to clinical settings to speak with professionals who may be clinical, fortunately my doctor is the opposite of that, he's very warm and friendly and puts you at ease, i have a good GP thankfully.....but other medical staff i've seen in times gone by have been clinical and spoke to me in a clinical way....and the way they speak to you, they make you feel like you're in 'mortal danger'?......maybe that's why i'm so scared of anything clinical because i associate it with something serious happening to you?

is there a way i can get over this fear you think?
