This weekend was alot
So the calm relaxing weekend I thought we were going to have didn't happen.
Saturday we had a last minute invite to Grandma's house for a BBQ. It was very nice. We had chicken tenders, hotdogs, hamburger and so many sides.
Then came the surprise football game. I'm glad we went. It was a great game. We had burnt ends, beans, Mac and cheese and many other snacks and drinks.
The best part was our daughter handled the changes with no issues. I'm so proud. She is doing so good with the new meds and therapy. I couldn't be happier for her!
Me on the other hand not so much. It was a struggle for me. Thank goodness for my anxiety meds. Boy did I need them this weekend. Like I said it was alot but I did it.
Now tomorrow I get to go to work early and I have appointments all day long. So that will be fun! I got this. Maybe
