Anxiety and depression

So I have been in a lot stress for the past few months but the shocking part in anxiety and dipression and overthinking is that the people I don't like most ,,, the one I use to not care are now affecting me .... When ever I look at some one whom I don't like is effecting me ,, these kinds of things usually didn't happen before .. I have started to realize even a 18 year old kid. Can affect me and make my mood off while I am suffering from anxiety and dipression and overthinking. Affecting in a manner that I don't want to see them but I am obliged to ask some of them are my neighbour... Have you ever felt that ?

Do you feel its affecting your physical health, like causing body aches, headaches etc. Many people who suffer with stress, anxiety and depression have said their physical as well as mental health suffers?

@Sutten yes unfortunately I do feel all those symptoms
