We closed early at work because of shory staffing. I left my phone behind and im panicking. Im at home on my tablet but still

I didn't realize until i got home i left it behind. I have no way of contacting anyone so if something happens to me im cooked. I can't call for help and nobody can call me. I also don't have numbers memorized either because im horrible at number memorization. Nobody's home currently but me. I don't feel comfortable driving anywhere because what if i get in a crash and can't call for help? Im screwed honestly. I don't like not having a phone. It's a safety net honestly
