feel nervous about going outside

i have social anxiety and ptsd related anxiety and usually when i got to go out i am a nervous wreck.....i feel very nervous, self conscious....and worry what will happen to me when i go out.....in the long ago past i was attacked a few times because i had outbursts, that is why i have bad nerves now.


anyhow how can i be calm and relaxed when i have to go out soon?

Have you looked into "Think right now" behaviour modification programmes. They can help you deal with confidence issues, also anxiety, depression and panic. Also, Dane Spotts Ultra Meditation programme is good.
