Have your doctor try you on doxepin hydrochloride. It's a tricyclic antidepressant and works very well on the nausea caused by anxiety. the sweats and shivers are part of the sweat-chill nasua cycle that limits any vomiting to a few minutes out of about every 20 minutes.

Heya ive a family member who struggled terribly with anxiety.
After trying 3 different meds, i would say now she is 98% there. So its definitely worth exploring a change in meds.
