Anxiety …pls help

I don’t know if other people deal with this or what? I’ve recently just gotten into a relationship and I have some nights were I touch myself (I don’t do it often because of my problem) but after I do it and I think of something that would usually make me have butterflies it doesn’t. I feel as if so it’s all because of my anxiety that is telling me that once you do it your thoughts are different, if that makes any sense. This has happened before when I have. It has been about four days. I do get butterflies during the day when I think of ‘subject’ but is it a normal thing?

Thanks for any advice !!

New relationships can cut into "me time" at first. And your anxiety issues probably add some weirdness to that. The excitement and butterflies of the new relationship may have temporarily displaced the butterflies you normally experience during masturbation.

Butterflies must have flown away. Call me when you are ready the next time before touching yourself. I will guide you with a story and how to touch. Wrong touch will make them fly out which you have been doing.

I charge $50 for a 10 minute butterfly therapy.

Do you mean that your alone time isn't the same after you were sexual with another person? That happened to me and it was frustrating but no anxiety was involved.

When I do that it really relaxes me but maybe for you it is different
Aw seriously there’s nothing wrong with experiencing different kinda feelings or expressing it

It’s how we discover ourselves more 🌸
