I hate anxiety
I hate being so fucking weak. I hate proving everyone right. I wanted to have a good day back, i didnt even make it through half my shift before I couldnt do it anymore & had to leave .

Half a shift is still half a shift. Every little bit progress is still progress and I'm proud of you for even showing up. The half a shift is just a bonus 🤗
