All these things got me feeling anxious

I had a massive panic attack on my way to work last week and I took the next day off cuz I went to ER. I think it's from a mixture of my Mom keeps sending pictures of my Aunt that is going to pass away any day now, my brother called me on my way to work talking about serial killer podcasts, my neck is f'd up and it keeps making my arm go numb, and I found a giant lump in my boob. I'm gonna try to make it tonight without freaking the duck out. The Dr did give me a prescription for something or other, but he said it will just put me to sleep
