Reminds me of someone who they interviewed on Business insider. She was complaining about not having much time after her 9:00 to 5:00 job.
That she would come home make lunch for the next day and not seem to have time for herself.
Which it's like my gosh she has the whole weekend and she obviously didn't know how to prioritize her life.
Well I would do is I made my lunch 3 weeks in advance I would put everything together and freeze it and then take it out one day at a time.
Once a week go out bowling another day I would go and hit the library on the weekends I would also do a bit of volunteer work.
