how to hide social anxiety/anxiety/nervousness & low self confidence in public

i deal with all the above issues on a daily basis, ptsd symptoms as well...and when i have to go outside i get very nervous and tend to self doubt myself and lose my self confidence and self esteem.....my breathing goes out of control, i get hypervigillant...i rush around.....it's embarrassing for me as i think people can see all these issues i have and take advantage..

I can relate to this all too well. Try practising controlling your breathing and positive self talk. Have you ever gone out and tried acting confident?
