I decided to read the news on my laptop and

it tripled my anxiety. It’s all stories about senseless crime and crazy people. Ugh, true crime shows are easier to swallow then the news.

As they say, "No news, it good news."

The media makes the news even more anxiety and fear-provoking than it needs to be, because they know people are hooked on that stuff.

Fear sells.
