i recently figured out that i have anxiety. my mom said that she talked to my doctor and that its most likely that i have anxiety. im not sure if its considered to be “diagnosed” but yeah. i go to therapy once a week now and feel like im probably getting better now. im realizing now how anxious i am all the time. idk why im saying this. i just feel like spitting it out. bc ive been keeping this to myself and havnt told anyone else. if anyone has maybe any questions ir suggestions about anxiety then i would grately answer or take advice
