Is it because of the unknown or not knowing which direction to take in life? Are you stuck on a problem?

@LadyGrace i am stuck on the same problems for over 15 years. Add work deadlines and pressures of everyday and 2 kids going off to college at once in a couple of months, and I am overwhelmed.
