Have you ever had a problem where you say a word that you were thinking about but not what is supposed to be in your sentence? [I Anxiety Disorder]

In my usual speech, I'll be thinking of a word but it comes out in my sentence although, it's not what I wanted to say. For example, I'll say " bring the tractor to the road," I say bring the " road to the road." My brain keeps doing that a lot and I realise it's happening a lot more. The wrong words are coming out. Is it an anxiety problem? I have anxiety, no history of speech disorders and I'm 30.

I have a more advanced problem. I uncontrollably talk gibberish and repeat it over and over.

The older I get the more I have been doing it. Doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it.

Mine comes with age, lol. But I think it's called 'overload' too.
