I Have Anxiety

I'm not even joking. I'm in a constant state of panic, like my heart and head are both going to explode at any moment. It's very unsettling and beginning to affect everything in life. I'm like a walking time bomb where all I can vision is death and a sand timer counting down an in-determinant amount of time
