I Have Anxiety

its been a couple days since ive gone up in my medication (Effexor) and my anxiety has skyrocketed. If anyone else takes the same thing does the same thing happen to you?

@SW-User it is but recently i started 225mg which is the minimum requirement to treat anxiety. my psychiatrist wants to take things slowly to see what works i guess

@Madboi55 Yeah. Don't be afraid to keep trying til you find a drug that works best for you (after an appropriate adjustment time of course). Effexor was good for me but I remember reading it can take trialling four different meds before finding the right one. All the best.

@Madboi55 That is a very high dose. How long were you on your previous dose, if I may ask?
