Yeah, it’s back. I was afraid that being stuck at home 99% of the time, and not getting to go anywhere, might trigger my anxiety. It’s always there, even if it lies dormant sometimes.

@msros I know. This is a worldwide mental health crisis - as well as physical health and economic.
I try to stop myself from complaining by remembering that people have gone through worse things than this - like WWII. But then I think - we mostly hear about the heroes from that time, the people who handled it well. There must have been hundreds of thousands of people whose mental health was permanently damaged by WWII.
