I Have Anxiety

I find anxiety is worse for me in morning day times. ๐Ÿ˜”

1) Eat walnuts. It helps in anxiety.
2) Go for a walk. It too helps in anxiety.
3) If possible, go for a run, it releases Endorphin which makes you happy.
