I Have Anxiety

SW seems to be full of interpersonal drama today. But all I can seem to focus on is my own internal stuff - feelings of anxiety and sadness. I’m not having a great day today. I hope it gets better.

Edited to add: A bad day now is STILL better than the bad days were six, seven and eight months ago.
