I Have Anxiety

I have anxiety and then I feel guilty because I have the anxiety. I feel like my boyfriend doesn’t get it and doesn’t think it’s that serious. I try to do yoga 3 times a week and focus on a new challenge like a new designation or work, but sometimes it just doesn’t work. I feel like I’m drowing sometimes and I just want it all to end.

Cognitive therapists can help. I am seeing one now with good results.

Also, it might help you to read this book:
How To Stop Worrying And Start Living by Dale Carnegie.

It's an old classic but still very readable and entertaining. It has helped me and many people.
