I Have Anxiety

It’s still there. I’m beginning to think I will never escape it for the rest of my life.

i wondered why i picked at my nails and just thought it was a bad habit. i realized it was from anxiety. I bought some tapes called Cognitive Behavior Tapes to figure out how i can stop it. if they work, i can let you know.
