I Hate Having Anxiety

😠😩 it likes to come at night when I'm trying to fall asleep. Then my mind keeps giving me reasons why I shouldn't be calm and relaxed

I also have anxiety. When the panic attacks, racing thoughts come on, I feel like I'm going crazy. I also tend to have chest pains at times.
