Does anyone get shortness of breath when anxiety kicks in?

Sure, comes from over breathing.
Breathe in, hold breath, breathe out.

I’ll be sure to give that a shoot, I remember a doctor giving a really small pill to take and when I woke up, I felt like a new person and could breath without a problem but that was a really long time ago @AliceTinker

I hate that feeling its as if im drowning or being strangled just cant control it, what i try to think about is not to breathe in but to breathe out and kind of works for me.
